Final Whimsie Doodles Sneak Peeks!

Well yesterday came and went with good intentions to post my Thursday's Sneak Peek for Whimsie Doodles, but despite my project being completed, I just never got around to posting! Such is life! The kids continue to heal well and are still progressing without complications!

So what that means for you guys is that today you get TWO sneak peeks! These peeks will be the final look at the new stamps until they go on sale on Saturday at Whimsie Doodles!

Enjoy the preview!!

The first digistamp preview I am sharing with you is called Party Monster. Does this monster look a little familiar? Well it happens to be that cute little monster again that we showcased earlier this week in the Halloween Candy Monster digistamp. He/she still has a sweet tooth and also likes his (or it could be her) cupcakes and also likes to party!!

The sketch I followed for this card comes from last weeks SCS sketch # 240. The DP is from Kaiser Kraft and the stamp was colored with my Copics. In the upper right hand corner is one of the Cupcake Sentiments that will also be going on sale on Saturday! Isn't it the perfect sentiment for this card. I enlarged the circle to fit my needs before printing it!
My next sneak peek was a team effort with my best friend Tiffani. She needed a birthday card and I needed to make a sneak peek, so we put our heads together and came up with this adorable card that will be going to one of her berry sweet nieces.

The berries you see pictured here are from the Yummy Doodles set that will be released on Saturday from Whimsie Doodles. They were colored in with Prismacolor pencils and blended with gamsol. The strawberry was printed out a total of eight times because all of the stems were colored twice and then one was cut away from the berry and placed on top of the main stem to add dimension.
Look at the depth and dimension that was added by layering the berry and stems and popping them up with pop dots.

My friend made her own circular sentiment to fit the berry theme. She also tried to mimic the indentations on a strawberry and turned the CB embossing folder upside down to the dots were debossed instead of embossed. Isn't she clever??

Don't forget to stop by the Whimsie Doodles blog and see more sneak peeks that Melyssa has created for us! Also be sure to sign up on her blog everyday this week for a chance to win a free digistamp. She is giving one of each one away on Saturday to coincide with the new release!!

Come back later today for my Unity Hip Hop Hangover post!!

Have a berry sweet day and may your bucket overflow with cupcakes and parties!!

That's a great card! I always forget that you don't have to use all of the images all at once! Singling them out like this is a WONDERFUL idea! WOW! LOVE this layout and color choices, too. I may have to CASE ya, if I do, I will link you up to me, ok?

HUGS, Nicole
