It's Sweet Sketch Wednesday!! Make a Wish!

Oh MY!! You can tell that I am all out of sorts with the days of the week this summer because I almost forgot to post my sketch cards for SSW!!

As a member of the DT for SSW we make a card each week using Arlana's wonderful sketches and post them on our blog. She really has great sketches that are fun to use! Mr Linky is set up on the SSW blog so that you can play along with us and submit your cards. I hope that you will find the time to participate this week!!

Here is SSW sketch number 5...

And here are two cards that I made using Sweet Sketch 5! My friend Tiffani helped me with this first one. She came over last friday and we played together with sketches, digistamps and coloring and had such a great time! Here is the card we created together!!

The stamped image is from Whimsie Doodles and is called Make a Wish! It is a digistamp that you just print out and color with the medium of your choice. This image was colored with Prismacolors! The DP is from BG and the sentiment was computer generated. This card also fits into the LSC from SCS last week which was to use digital stamps on your card...NO inked stamps on your card! The LSC227 thread can be found HERE!

Here is the second card that I made using SSW5 sketch again....

This card also uses a digistamp. But this one is from Pink Cat Studio and is from the Weiman Wrangler set that they are selling to raise funds for the Make a Wish Foundation in honor of little Ethan who recently lost his life to Neuroblastoma. Please consider buying this stamp set! It is for a really great cause.

You can read more about it on the Pink Cat Studio site HERE!

Here is a closeup of the how I colored the horse head and balloon twice and put them on pop dots for added dimension! The sentiment stamp is from Stampin Up!

This card was made for our grandson on my husband's side. Our littlest grandchild turned one about a week ago and when they were in town for the holiday, we were able to celebrate with them.

This is our beautiful grandson Baby Chris!

Now be sure to visit the Sweet Sketch Wednesday Blog and hop around to all the DT members. You will find lots of inspiration and eye candy from all of them. And as a surprise, my friend and co-DT member Stephanie also has some awesome blog candy on her blog! Go check it all out!

I will still post again later with the winner of my BLOG CANDY. This is today's second post, so please scroll down to see my first post of the day and even further to leave a comment for a chance to win my BLOG CANDY!

Keep on Scrolling....
