Friends With Flair Friday!

Hello there Unity friends!!

And I am going to take a guess that we have lots of Ippity friends stopping by today too!! Wasn't yesterday just amazing? How fun is it being part of something so fresh and so new from the very beginning!!
I hope you liked what you saw of the Ippity stamp line yesterday. And I am happy to tell you that I do have another sample to share with you today! And I also have some Unity too!!

I have enough room in my heart to love them BOTH!! LOL!!

If you happened onto my blog and you don't know what FWF Friday is then you can check it out on the Unity blog and start at the top of the list to see 50 Unity Friends all sharing Unity creations on their blog today!! Thanks so much for stopping by here!!

As promised, here is some more Ippity!!

This card comes from the kit called Because of You!

And just so you know that you really get more than what you pay for with Unity and Ippity, take notice that the "vase" you see pictured here is actually a "mushroom" from this set!! How cute is that!! Turn it over and it's a mushroom, but today it is posing as a vase!! :-)

This image was colored in using Copic markers. The card is made for the SCS challenge from yesterday Ways to Use it Forum WT243 where we were to use stickers on our card. The letters spelling Birthday are from a sticker set that I had in my stash.

The DP is from Junkitz and also supplied the word "happy" which I cut out of the DP. I like the brightness and the pops of black in this card. I hope it makes the person receiving it as happy as I was making it!!

Not to leave out my Unity stamps either, I created this card using yesterday's SSW Sketch #22 again. I couldn't believe when I saw this foliage stamp from the October Stampin Store Kit how perfectly it matches the DP from Scenic Route. I stamped my image onto cream CS from Recollections using SU ink colors Ruby Red, Wild Wasabi, Chocolate Chip and Creamy Caramel and then cut each of them out and layered them into a bouquet of foliage. The red dotted DP is from Cosmo Cricket.

The base for this card and also the mat for the main image is made from some new paper I have had the pleasure of working with. It is called Via Linen and the color you see here is Leaf Green. It can be purchased at Cut Cardstock. Try it and I know you will love the weight and texture of it as much as I do!

The big green brad holding it all together is from Bazzill and the "thank you" rub on I put on top of it is from Basic Grey. I added the subtle ribbon and some machine stitching to top it all off and will give this to my step mom who is the botanical lover and expert in my family.

Clustered together I think this is a beautiful bunch of foliage!

It dawned on me too that when I am out of my Scenic Route paper, I could totally recreate it by using this stamp and randomly stamping the image onto the cream cardstock. I could have this look and many other similar looks with the colors of my choice by imitating that DP and using this stamp!
I hope that you are considering taking advantage of the wonderful Ippity OpportUNITY and have visited the blog to check out all the details!! Thanks for all the congratulations and sweet comments left here and on the message boards at SCS. You guys are the best and I really appreciate the votes of confidence in being chosen as one of the Ippity Designers.
Have a wonderful Friday and may your bucket overflow with wonderful opportunities for you too!!
